Nature's Way Magnesium Gel + Arnica with White Turmeric contains elemental Magnesium (180mg per 5g) with the addition of traditional herb Arnica in a fast absorbing gel, easy-to-apply throughout the day, post workout and before bed.
Arnica is traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to help relieve:
- Muscle aches & pains
- Symptoms of muscle sprains & strains
- Mild muscle inflammation
- Bruise pain and swelling
Apply 5g (approx. 1 teaspoon) as required to the affected area and massage into the skin until fully absorbed
Ingredients:
- Magnesium chloride hexahydrate 302mg/g Equiv. to Magnesium 36mg/g
- Arnica montana ext. dry conc. 2mg/g Equiv. to dry flower 20mg/g
For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes, nose, mouth and broken or irritated skin. Contains phenoxyethanol, benzyl alcohol, sulfites and ethylhexylglycerin
