Bioglan Medlab AlphaRelax contains a vegetable based amino acid, L-Theanine, which calms the mind, and supports cognitive and brain function. AlphaRelax contains only AlphaWave theanine, with no additional fillers or excipients making it a clean addition to your routine. AlphaRelax can be added to liquid or food, or simply taken in water.
