Nature's Sunshine`s Aloe Vera Gel contains 100% pure natural Aloe Vera Gel made from a cold-stablised vegetable gel directly from Aloe Vera Barbadensis. Irish Moss is added as a thickening agent to assist in additional skin smoothing and moisturising.
