Boswellia, also known as Indian Frankincense has a long history of use in Ayurvedic medicine for the relief of mild rheumatic aches and pains. Boswellia has analgesic and anti-inflammatory properties which can help:
- Relieve pain
- Reduce mild joint aches and pains
- Decrease symptoms of mild arthritis and osteoarthritis such as mild joint soreness, stiffness, aches, swelling and pain
Boswellia is traditionally used in Indian Ayurvedic Medicine for its analgesic and anti-inflammatory properties particularly in arthritic and rheumatic conditions. The herbal extract used in Boswellia 2000 is standardised to 25% B-boswellic acids, providing 100mg per tablet
Therapeutic Use
- Boswellia may help provide symtomatic relief from the joint pain, inflammation and swelling associated with osteoarthritis.
- Boswellia may help improve joint mobility and is associated with arthritis of the knee.
