Flordis Legalon supports liver regeneration by protecting liver cells from toxins.
A healthy functioning liver is vital for good health, but many of us put our liver under stress due to overconsumption of alcohol and/or rich, fatty, and processed foods. This may lead to feelings of fatigue, sluggishness, nausea, and uncomfortable fullness.
Legalon can help protect and prevent damage to liver cells, and help relieve associated feelings of fatigue and tiredness.
Scientific research has indicated that Legalon may help to protect, detoxify and regenerate liver cells by:
- Having an antioxidant effect
- Exhibiting an anti-inflammatory action
- Aiding the renewal of healthy liver cells
- Assisting normal healthy detoxification and elimination processes
Legalon has been recommended for over 45 years, and may also help relieve mild gastrointestinal discomfort so you can feel the difference to your health.
Recommended Dosage, Directions and Tolerability
Adults and children over 12: 1 capsule three times a day.
Once the desired therapeutic outcome is achieved, the dose may be reduced to 1 capsule twice daily for maintenance. Use for as long as liver support is needed.
Legalon capsules are well tolerated with no known drug interactions, however some evidence suggests that silybum marianum may interfere with metronidazole. Legalon has demonstrated in large-scale studies including one involving over 2,000 participants showing a very low incidence of side effects.Follow up tolerability data has shown that ongoing administration can be of continued benefit with patients taking Legalon for up to six years.
Ingredients
- Legalon contains a specific extract of Silybum marianum (MZ 80), also known as Milk Thistle. This specific extract has demonstrated efficacy and tolerability in numerous clinical trials. Legalon is made in Germany using patented manufacturing processes.
