- Children 2-8 years of age: 1 scoop (2g) daily in water or juice or as suggested by your health professional
- Children 9-13 years of age: 2 scoops (4g) daily in water or juice or as suggested by your health professional
Ingredients:
Each 2 g dose (1 scoop) contains:
- Magnesium glycinate 243.75mg equiv. Magnesium 32.5mg
- Glutamine 50 mg
- Matricaria chamomilla flower extract dry conc. 105mg equiv. to dry Matricaria chamomilla (Chamomile) flowers 840mg
- Pyridoxal 5-phosphate monohydrate 1.5mg equiv. pyridoxine (Vit. B6)1mg
- Zinc citrate dihydrate 3.118mg equiv. zinc 1mg
