- Vitamin D3 promotes dietary calcium absorption, while Vitamin K2 helps regulate osteocalcin, a protein used by the body in the bone mineralisation process which deposits calcium into bones.
- Vitamin K2 also activates MGP, a protein which inhibits calcium build-up in arteries to support cardiovascular system health for individuals over 50 years of age.
